Refund policy

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery only for the following cases

a. Physical Manufacturing/transit Damage

b. Defective product received

c. Wrong and Missing Item

You can replace the products ordered on the website within 10 days of delivery of the order unless otherwise mentioned in the product details;

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact

If the Product/package is damaged you can return or exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following step: Email popcubecare@gmail.com and provide your name, order number and reason. You can also Whatsapp us at +91 8460515949 and we will be more than happy to assist you over Whatsapp. Please note:

  1. You can't return the product if the product is used.
  2. All refunds may take up to 15 business day to reflect back into your account.


  1. Order(s) can be cancelled till the time they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
  2. In case of a prepaid order, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which the payment was made. Any amount paid will be credited to the same payment mode which was used for making the payment
  3. In the event, the mode of selected mode of cancellation is “cash on delivery”, no amount is required to be refunded. In case of prepaid payment modes like credit card/debit card/net banking/ wallet, the customer will get the refund for the order at the source account within 15 working days from the date of cancellation
